  • We have some exciting news! Bodywise is getting a make-over, which means a new look and improved approach.

    Beginning October 1st, we are moving to a session format for classes to better help you grow in your practice. We are committed to ensuring we best meet the needs of our community, and sometimes that means an evolution!

    Why sessions?

    o Opportunity to observe growth in your practice. A one size fits all class may not benefit beginners or more advanced students

    o Customized sessions can cater to a variety of fitness levels, abilities, ages, and lifestyles

    o Experience a feeling of community and belonging with fellow students week after week

    o Enjoy a sense of comfort – especially important for new students attending first time sessions

    o Improved relationship with teachers who have the opportunity to familiarize with each student’s unique abilities and challenges

    o 8 week* commitment helps keep you motivated to attend

  • Why are you changing your class format?

    Here at Bodywise we are committed to ensuring we meet the needs of our community. Session formats prove to have a number of benefits for students and we want to ensure we continuously improve to help you better grow in your practice. Our approach has always been unique, and this new format is reflective of our commitment to quality.

  • Can I attend a session as a drop in? How will I know which sessions I can drop in for?

    Yes, students can continue to enjoy the convenience of drop-in classes – provided there is still space available for the given session. Check our website calendar to see which sessions have extra room!

  • My pass is good for another month, what does this change mean for me?

    Don’t worry – if you have any punches or a pass remaining after October 1st, we can apply the remaining balance as a credit toward a session. Credits are flexible and can be used towards any Bodywise products or services, including another session, massage, or retail products. If this doesn’t work for you, we are happy to provide you a reimbursement.

  • Are there discounts on multiple sessions, or other Bodywise services?

    Yes! Any yoga/Pilates students who register for two sessions will receive a 15% discount off the second session of equal or lesser value. Students who register for three sessions will receive a 15% discount off the second session of equal or lesser value and a 20% discount off the third session of equal or lesser value. For each session registered, students will also receive 15% off a massage treatment.

  • What happens if I miss a class or two in a session?

    If possible please notify us in advance of missing the class – then we are happy to offer you a 10% discount on the session registration fee. This cannot be combined with other discounts. As always, there are exceptions for illness and emergencies.

  • How do I register for sessions?

    We offer a variety of ways to register – you can register online, over the phone at (506) 388-1881, or in person at the centre.

  • What if I need to cancel a session I already signed up for?

    We are happy to offer full reimbursement session cancellations up to 3 days before the session begins. Cancellations made after this time will receive a 50% reimbursement. This is to ensure we have an accurate idea of whether drop-ins can be welcome to a given session. Please contact us in the event of emergencies or injuries, so reimbursement can be considered on an exception basis.

  • What if I’m signed up for a session and I will be going away for a period of time (ex. vacation)?

    We are happy to offer full reimbursement session cancellations up to 3 days before the session begins. Cancellations made after this time will receive a 50% reimbursement. This is to ensure we have an accurate idea of whether drop-ins can be welcome to a given session. Please contact us in the event of emergencies or injuries, so reimbursement can be considered on an exception basis. If you know you’ll be away for two weeks out of the session, we offer a 10% discount on the total cost of the session before HST. If you will be missing more than two sessions, you may want to consider paying a drop-in fee for the classes that you will be attending.

  • I don’t want to commit to a workshop – I prefer to drop in. What about me?

    Students can continue to enjoy the convenience of drop-in classes – provided there is still space available for the given session. Check our website calendar to see which sessions have extra room!

  • Can I join a session half-way through?

    Certainly, based on drop-in availability.

  • What if I’m visiting from out of town – can I attend a session?

    Visitors can practice in sessions as drop-in students – provided there is still space available for the given session. Check our website calendar to see which sessions have extra room!

  • What if I register for a session but decide it’s not for me?

    No problem! We are happy to provide you with a credit for the remaining balance of classes. This credit can be offered until the end of the third class in any given workshop. Credits are flexible and can be used towards any Bodywise products or services, including another session, massage, or retail products.
